Save the file with the .reg extension and execute it.
Method 2#
Manually add a registry entry.
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog, type "regedit" and press Enter to open the Registry Editor;
Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InputMethod\Settings\CHS
Create a new string value with the name:
UserDefinedDoublePinyinScheme0
Set the value to:
2*^*iuvdjhcwfg^xmlnpbksqszxkrltvyovt
After exiting, go to the Microsoft Pinyin settings and you will see that the Xiaohe Shuangpin scheme is now available. Select it and click Save.
